Amount to be Paid
The amount to be paid for the purchase of a product is as follows
•Item price
•Consumption tax (prices are inclusive of tax)
•Shipping fee
商品のご購入にあたってお支払いいただく金額は以下の通りです。
・商品代金
・消費税（商品の表示価格は税込みになっております)
・送料

・Credit cards (VISA,MasterCard,American Express), Paypal
・For credit card payment and PayPal, payment is confirmed at the time the order is placed.
・クレジットカード決済、PayPalがご利用頂けます。
・クレジットカード決済、PayPalは商品注文時点でお支払いが確定致します。
Returns Policy
The return (refund) period is 7 days from the date of delivery.
・We will not refund the shipping fee for returns due to the customer's convenience.
・Initial defects
・In the case of damage during shipping (damage to the product package to protect the product is not covered)
・Wrong product due to our mistake, etc.
If any of the above are found to be the case, we will exchange or return the product.

We do not accept returns (refunds) or exchanges for any of the following items, even if within 7 days of receipt.
・Products that have been used at least once.
・Products that are stained or damaged due to the customer's negligence.
・Products that are slightly different in image or color from the actual product.
・Products for which there is a statement on the product description page that the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
・Products with defaced, damaged, lost, or destroyed product packages, instruction manuals, etc.
商品の返品（返金）期間は商品到着後７日間とさせていただいております。
・お客様のご都合による返品の場合は弊社による商品発送時の配送料金の返金は行っておりません
・初期不良
・配送中に破損した場合（商品保護のための商品パッケージ等の破損は対象外となります）
・弊社の手違いによる品違い等
以上が認められた場合、交換又は返品にて対応させて頂きます。hi@ancco.infoにご連絡ください。尚7日以内であっても、下記項目に該当する商品の返品（返金）・交換はお受けできません。
・1度でもご使用になられた商品
・お客様の過失による商品の汚損・破損の生じた商品
・ページ上の画像と実物との若干のイメージ、色味の違い。
・各商品記載ページにご返品・交換をお受けできない旨、記載があるもの。
・商品パッケージ・説明書等を汚損・破損・紛失・破棄された場合
Delivery Period for Services or Goods
Usually ship within 10 days after receiving your delivery request. (Excluding year-end and New Year holidays)-Shipping within Japan
配送のご依頼を受けてから通常10日以内に発送致します。(年末年始を除く)
International Shipping
Usually, we ship by Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service) within 14 days from the date of order confirmation.
・Please note that some areas are not available for delivery.
・Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery area. Please check the shipping charge calculated at the time of checkout.
・Customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and duties.
・Please note that delivery may be delayed due to postal conditions in some countries.
Others
The product images shown on this site are samples and may differ in specifications from the actual product. Also, please note that the product images may differ slightly from the actual colors depending on the user's viewing environment of this site due to the nature of viewing on a computer or mobile device. (We do not treat the color grading of the images as a defect of our store.)
